Tix.com has made ordering tickets to our performances more convenient for you! Below are some common questions about the online system and some tips on getting started.   • What is Tix.com and how is it associated with Ballet Vero Beach?
    • Tix.com is a third-party ticket management system that we at Ballet Vero Beach use to sell tickets and process orders.
  • Is Tix.com safe? Is my credit card information secure?
    • Tix.com is one of the most secure ticketing platforms available. In addition to its numerous layers of security, the site does not store full credit card numbers, meaning that your card won’t fall into the wrong hands.
  • Tix.com says it uses Cookies. What does that mean?
    • Cookies help websites save data specific to your activity. For example, performances you may have looked at or a name you may have typed in. By storing this information, the ordering process is made simpler and content can better match your expectations.
    • If you don’t have cookies enabled, you will not be able to order from Tix.com.
  • How can I enable Cookies?
    • Enabling Cookies is a different process for every internet browser. We’ve included step-by-step instructions below:
    • After you complete your order, you can disable Cookies using the same settings previously used above.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    • All major credit cards are accepted when ordering on Tix.com. Service fees are added to the costs of tickets regardless of whether tickets are purchased online, by phone, or at the box office.
  • Can group tickets be purchased using Tix.com?
    • Group tickets cannot be ordered online. If you wish to order tickets for a large group of 15 or more, please click here.
  • Can I order over the phone instead?
    • Due to sales volume and turnaround time, we highly recommend ordering online, however you are welcome to contact us by calling 772-905-2651 or by emailing info@balletverobeach.org.   • Do I contact Tix.com for a refund?
    • All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be given through Tix.com or Ballet Vero Beach.
  • Are seats randomly assigned, or can a user pick from available seats?
    • With Tix.com patrons can choose their own seats or select best available options.
  • How are tickets delivered?
    • Emailed Tickets for patrons to print at home are our default delivery option. Should you have any problems with printing your tickets, or any problems with ticketing in general, please simply see our guest services team inside the venue (skip the box office) for assitance.
