First Steps

Incorporating movement and arts integration with early childhood development

Ballet Vero Beach’s “First Steps” program is a specialized dance initiative for children ages 0–5 that focuses on improving gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and social-emotional development through movement. In partnership with Childcare Resources of Indian River County, this program provides developmentally appropriate movement education for young children, from infants to pre-kindergarten.
