At Ballet Vero Beach, our priority continues to be the health and safety of our community, artists, staff, volunteers, and patrons. Please make sure you understand and can abide by the following safety protocols prior to purchasing tickets.
Admission to events will only be granted to staff and patrons holding tickets for the event about to take place.
Any patron or staff member who is feeling ill (regardless of symptoms) should stay home. This includes all symptoms of any illness, not just symptoms associated with COVID-19.
Patrons and staff will be required to wear masks for indoor performances only. Masks must fit properly and be worn completely over the nose and mouth at all times. Neck gator style masks are not allowed. Masks will not be provided for patrons or staff by Ballet Vero Beach.
Patrons and Staff may be required to submit to a temperature check prior to entering an event. Those who register a temperature above 100 degrees Fahrenheit will not be admitted.
Please note that COVID-19 represents a fluid and changing situation. There will be zero tolerance for staff or patrons not abiding by these protocols, and Ballet Vero Beach reserves the right to add additional protocols as necessary.
By purchasing tickets for any Ballet Vero Beach event, patrons agree to abide by current or future protocols deemed necessary by Ballet Vero Beach to ensure the safety of our artists, staff, volunteers, and patrons.
Ballet Vero Beach does not offer event ticket refunds unless the company cancels events. Patrons who purchase tickets but do not feel comfortable attending due to a situation arising from COVID-19 or future safety protocols may request the Watch At Home version of the performance they had purchased tickets to by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
