Ballet Vero Beach is thrilled to present a program of world premieres solely choreographed by some of our favorite Latine choreographers. Yanis Eric Pikieris presents his second work for the company. Long time company collaborator (and former Ballet Vero Beach Dancer) Chloé Watson uses memories of family dinners with her grandfather as the jumping off point for her contribution to the mix. And of course, we could not miss the opportunity to add an exciting world premiere by Ballet Master and Principal Dancer Camilo A. Rodriguez.

Our story follows four young students’ transformational journey of self-discovery. Bravery, kindness, friendship, and empathy are at the heart of this tale, which juxtaposes the real-world setting of an elementary school with the fantastical world of the classic Firebird folk tale. This extra special hour-long performance is specifically geared to the needs of the differently abled individuals of our community and also young children. The performance may include modified audio/visual effects and a venue setup that meets the needs of all attendees.
