In partnership with the Vero Beach Film Festival, Ballet Vero Beach is thrilled to present the first feature length documentary ever made about the company. Resident Filmmaker Lance Glenn knits together the behind the scenes story of our 10th Anniversary Season from the perspective of the staff that made it all happen. The film examines the monumental task of running an arts organization in today’s challenging world, and the story that emerges is one of adversity, beauty, exhaustion, and accomplishment. The film is a tribute to all the magic makers and helpers that are just trying to bring people together in a world that appears more and more divided. As Ballet Vero Beach enters its second decade, glance back on the momentous and tumultuous year that capped our first. The live premiere screening includes a post film discussion with the filmmakers. Both ticket holders to the premiere screening and on demand viewers will also receive free access to the company’s latest ReBVB short film, Ophelia, an official selection of the 2023 Vero Beach Film Festival, for the duration of the online access period.
